Within the EuroTeQ project Selina is working for the EuroTeQ Connector (WP5) and is responsible for different activities in the field of research and monitoring such as the evaluation of the Collider. Furthermore, the organization of the Lobbying for Change event series is one of her tasks in EuroTeQ. Although Selina has already been working for EuroTeQ for over a year, it was the first time she met many of her EuroTeQ colleagues in person. Theresa works for the same professorship as Selina and is also active in the field of international higher education. She has been following and supporting the EuroTeQ project since its beginning.

During a week-long stay at the Eindhoven University of Technology, Selina Michel and Theresa Bauer were able to gain exciting insights into teaching and research in the field of challenge-based learning (CBL). In addition to participating in courses and research activities, the two research assistants participated in workshops and discussions on CBL and presented their own research at a research colloquium at the Eindhoven School of Education.

Apart from teaching and research activities, the stay was enhanced by other highlights such as a guided tour of the campus, a visit to the innovation space, an overview of the online education offerings at the TU/e and regular exchanges with students, researchers and other PhD students.

These new impressions will be incorporated in the future into their work in EuroTeQ as teachers and researchers. Theresa and Selina had a great time in Eindhoven. They were warmly welcomed and made new contacts that will hopefully outlast their visit. They both look forward to further staff mobility to other EuroTeQ universities.
