The EuroTeQ Collider’s 2025 at TU/e has officially started with an energetic kick-off event on 11/02/2025. Students, industry partners, and key stakeholders gathered to explore the exciting challenges put forth by this year’s Challenge Collaborators. These collaborators provided valuable briefings, outlining the projects and sparking enthusiasm among the participating students.
The event proved truly inspiring, with the Challenge Collaborators sharing not only their project proposals but also their expertise and visions for the future of technology. They emphasized the crucial role of cross-border collaboration in driving innovation. Dedicated networking sessions allowed students to connect with one another, brainstorm ideas, and begin the process of forming the interdisciplinary teams that will be the driving force behind the Collider’s projects. This year, we are also piloting the extracurricular course “Autonomous Systems Twinning” as part of the EuroTeQ Collider which has also begun.
This successful kick-off has laid a strong foundation for 8 weeks of intense collaboration and innovation on the course and for the teams to carry forward thereafter. Winning teams will further participate at the EuroTeQathon competing against winning teams from EuroTeQ partner universities across Europe, such as:
- DTU
- École Polytechnique
- TUM
- CTU
- TalTech
- HEC
- EPFL

The EuroTeQ Collider 2025 promises to deliver groundbreaking solutions with a lasting positive impact across Europe and beyond.
